Right tuner for HD Feeds in 4:4:2

Could You help to find right tuner to get HD Feeds in 4:4:2.
For example yestarday's Spanish League feed from 10E 11262 H 30000, VAL VS FCB.

i have got both azbox and tbs 6925 card

i got a tbs card after finding it very hard to input biss keys into the azbox

card is very easy to input biss keys using dvb dream or progdvb
