But for local viewing you use DVBAPI and you can share with CCcam protocol, there is no need for CCCam, it's old ands unsupported.

I don't want to see in my box, I only want to share with my peers. This is the reason why I don't use DVBAPI

for what u have a receiver if u dont use ur local cards?

you need to post a full log to see if the problem is on the reader or user site.
