Red light on solo

Hi,I was given a vu + solo box,my friend said he flashed it with wrong image and now it is stuck on red light standby,how can I fix this please.
Forgot to say it is a clone and there is no sticker to say which version.

I have seen three vu+solo,s with red light. all three had to be binned.

IF UR BOX HAS THE PORT OF RS232 CABLE,THN U CHANGE UR BOX SOFTYWARE THROUGH RS232 CABLE WITH UR BOX LOADER,I HOPE IT WILL B OK

Hi,i have tryed the fix procedure,rs232 to box and rs232 to usb to pc,the box is no responding to nothing.i even tryed rs232 to box and pc still not working.
