Has anyone managed to compile a list of PID or SR for which table to search?
I ask as because when some members post C8's they seem to know what table it's from.

Actually it's not hard to find out which table it is. When I find an encrypted feed in EBS pro, I will head over to the TS Analyzer. There, I check the existing PIDs. EBS shows me the type of the PID, so for a video PID MPEG 2 or H264, for example. Mpeg 2 means 00h. H264 means FFH. When I am searching for the c8, I enter that PID into the "Using PID" menu and CSA will search for my c8. Every Audio PID is 00h. 030h is when it's Mpeg4. I can recognize that in EBS Pro or any other Analyzer. There is no relationship between the SR or number of the PID with the RBT table. So such a list isn't possible.
