Figures, what you can expect from Nvidia.

As always they only using New Upgrades to be incompatible with old stuff. That is their fulcrum to force you guys into purchasing new equipment.

Just one question though, can the card find keys with the table? I remember a long time back, there was some kind of bug with the Maxwell cards and the rainbow tool. Perhaps that bug was corrected in later revisions of the software as some people have said they've used maxwell cards with the tool. However, If i remember correctly making chains wasn't the issue. The issue seem to be finding control words. At that time I had a GTX 750 Ti. I also had several GTX 480's. I wanted to use the GTX 750 Ti with the tool becuase it performed better and ran cooler and used less power. Anyway, the problem seemed to be that the GTx 750 Ti would never find control words. However, with the same table and the same crypt8 the GTX 480's would find the control word. Therefore something was going wrong when GTX 750 Ti searched for control words. I haven't used the rainbow tool in years. So, perhaps this issue was resolved, but I remember it was a problem with the maxwell cards at that time. Cudabiss was a different story. It always worked and worked well with the Maxwell cards and aparently works very well with Pascal also.

NO ISSUES With my old GTX660
25-30secs per Crypt8 to find CW Key in V2
V1 is around 2 min - 3 mins which is likely a lot,lot slower than the above very impressive screenshots of the GTX1060/80 in action :D
i really hope to upgrade to this card soon it really looks impressive and i bet it is real good for Brute force aswell ?
anything under 3-4 hours BF keys in my opinion is well worth the upgrade :D
