You should of got the serial number from 104 or Special

Check now on

Menu-settings-about

Then highlight status and press the ok button.

If its not there ive read if you install the FTV app you can get it from there

I just have the value of the firm + the date this is what gives me the 13 digits for the S/N ex:1.04(03292023)=14 keystrokes THANKS

j'ai juste la valeur du firme+ la date c'est cela qui me donne les 13 chiffres pour le S/N ex:1.04(03292023)=14 frappes merci

You should be able use the official version 5 software, download it to a usb stick. Rename the file to RomUpdate.bin its already a bin file so just use RomUpdate. Then create a folder called the same and put the bin file in the folder. Turn the machine off and put the usb stick in the front slot. Turn the machine on and hold the powerbutton on the front. The receiver will scroll and say e2update or update. Take your finger off the button and select update. Leave it a few a short while and it should reflash the stock image back to version 5. If it looks like it is doing it but then just reboots use a different usb stick of better quality. It takes about 15 minutes.

Sounds like you didn't install the "special" firmware before 1.06
