Question about transponders / receivers

On 36°east lyngsat.com/Eutelsat-36A-36B.html

I see here russian transponders:
11958 L 27500-3/4 8PSK
11977 R 27500
(left / right) ???
instead of Horizontal/Vertical

I'm trying to give them in, into my spiderbox 9000HD
But I don't get a signal.

But I should, because also my country is in the red zone on lyngsat. 50 cm dish needed and my dish is 120 cm.

Do I need a special receiver for: Tricolor TV & NTV Plus ???
A VU+SOLO2 or so ??? Or a dreambox ???

Or do I need another: LNB ???

Yes, firstly you need another LNB. Secondly, in LNB settings you need to user define LOF/L and LOF/H both 10750. And finally, you need subscription for most of your mentioned channels. Tricolor or NTV provider's receiver is also advisable, however, spiderbox could also be used.

Do I need a C-BAND LNB ??? for these packages ???

If yes, is it really not possible, to place a C-BAND LNB,
Next to the one I have already ???

Is it really this: Luke, you need to convince yourself,
about what LNB, you need. It's C-BAND or it's KU-BAND.

No, you do not need C-band LNB for 36*E.
Horizontal polarization needs 18V from your receiver and Left Hand Circular Polarization (LHCP) also need 18V. 13V is for Vertical/ RHCP. For channels you are looking you need Ku-band LNB (looks exactly the same as universal you are using now). Some people converting universal LNBs to circular by inserting dielectric plate inside LNB's waveguide. If you wish to get linear and circular signals from 36*E you need 2 antennas, or 2 LNBs on motorized antenna.
Spiderbox 9000HD with cccam still can be used.
