got quali tv hdtv reciver strugging set up go in installtion and put say 10east and do a scan getting nothing at all apart 3feeds chals any reason why is ths

Do you clear this satellite ok? Do you have with other receiver more channels? are you using it as a master receiver with motor in it? what is your setup? Which scan mode did you use? You must give more details but in general the tuner is more "sensitive" and "weak" than other todays receivers!
