I have a Qmax MST-999 V2, H/w 33, S/w 3.43, Loader Ver 1.00. I am unable to connect to the FTP server as Port 21 is banned by my company. My question is - am I missing anything by not being able to connect to the FTP server and if so can I download the patch's/update's on another site ? would the patch's/update's give me more channels ? I have only just installed the system and I am new to this. So far I have Nilesat & Hotbird, any other advice for the receiver welcome.
