Problem with Opticum HD TS 9600 and Diseqc switch

Hello, I have one Opticum 9600 HD TS and one Diseqc 4x1 switch. I get no signal from all 4 satellites of my setup. The diseqc switch is worikg OK with my old receivers. I tried to upload a lot of firmwares on my unit, but the problem still persists. Has someone the same problem with me in the past?

first of all have you set your lnb right on your receiver ?

have you tried another diseqc ?

have you tried to set the box on motor setup even if you have only 4 sat on diseq ?

Yes, the Diseqc setup is correct.

Do you suggest to try another diseqc? Why? This receiver has issues with Diseqc moters?

Hello, is it possible to upload an image of another receiver on the Opticum 9600 HD TS? I have some problems with the Opticum an I want to upload another image on it. Is Opticum a clone of an other receiver?
