hi

i bought new remote control witch is genuine for my Dreambox 800 HD SE clone . now the problem is remote button working but on my Dreambox nothing change at all . i try many things but didn't work .

my remote model is Dm rcu rc10 and the picture of the remote is this ...





can someone help me how to program it on my clone Dreambox 800 hd se .

If u r 100% sure why its not working .? How u want to reprogram it. I have also this remote which works 1001% with my SIM 2 and Sim 2 V2 . purchased from dmm-tv from uae

sir i also bought it from dream multimedia dubai . and ist not working with my dreambox 800 hd se sim 2 clone .

so what is the solution for that ??
