Problem with my dreambox 500s-SERVER

Dear sirs,

Recently I had problem with connecting my dreambox 500s with my PC, thanks to friends on this site I fix it this. But now I have another problem. The problem is that my all scrambled channels are down. I took it to the dealer from where I bought it and he told me that I have problem with my “SERVER” and will take many weeks to be activated and do not know how much I need to pay him. Is there any way I can fix or is it true what he told me.
PS/ I have not done any changes with my box, except I had problem with connecting to my Pc and I fixed by turning DCHP. Can anyone has any idea please

thank you for replaying my ?, but can you tell me how can i do it. as i do not an idea about this how to do it.
i will be most grateful if you could give me in details what to do, please or send me an e-mail privately if you wish.
i hope you could help me, as its more than a week without my dreambox channels.

i use image sifteam 1.9.3, i was able to get all channels, until last wednesday. the following day when i switch it on my dreambox, i saw that scrambled channels are not opening at all over all packages and satelites.
i hope someone can help me to deal with this matter.
i will be most grateful to anyone acn assist me about this matter.

thank you for your help, but can you tell me do i will loss my channels wich were opened as i understand its a sharing card.
can you tell me will i get the packages or not. one more thing. can you explain me in details how can i reinstall my corrent image. as once i did by myself from DCC tool. i lost it everything and i had to take back to the delear and he reinstalled to me everything as new. last time i lost everything even my dreambox were just flashing green and nothing happened and even i could not anything on the screen.
i will be most grateful if you could tell me in details how to reinstal(directly my dm connected to internet, do i have to disconnected or do i have to do it in another ways.
i will be most grateful if you could help me with this problem as my box is useless for more than a week.

thank you, i will do it and i will lwt you know, but you did not mention it will i lose my packages with the server or not.

what ever image you install you must back up your config files first before installing any new image :thum:

thank you for helping me this problems. last night i went through the http://www.sat-universe.com/showthread.php?t=137550
but i can not understand how can i backup and to copy later to my new images. any idea.
one more ?, how can i find my servers password. as my server is down, becouse of the password.
any help, i will be grateful.
