Problem switching to new box

Hi, I have just bought a Clarke Tech 9000 which had the Xtrend image installed, along with CCcam 2.2.1 running. The problem is that although my c line is shown in the server status box it does not appear to be working? I have restarted the cam and re-enabled the server but still no joy? It had been working fine on my Technomate 9100 super earlier so any ideas?
