Unless the feed content has changed, the frequency of 3986H, SR7200 on 100.5E is BISS.
The OP who requested the CW for this feed posted a useless set of Crypt8 data.
A good recording summary is listed below, I had no problem getting the Crypt8 from a 1 minute recording

Would it be possible it switched to Tandberg or BISS 2 causing the Odd/Even Crypted that was posted ?
Asiasat is not possible here for me so i am just trying to think logically that's all .
bit like IMGA EU that often switches for EPL content to Tandberg quite often perhaps ?

Not really sure, I recorded the 1 minute TS file a few hours after the OP had made his CW request so the feed could have been altered in between.

However, the PID's that the OP posted for a Crypt8 made no sense and presented no count info. The PID's were not related at all to the encryption on the VPID (0x0200, 512).
My guess is that the OP does not have enough knowledge to be able to interpret a transport stream or understand the forum rules relating to the Crypt8/CW topic.
