Pace Ds831 Question

Hello Folks,

i´m married with a Greek, and my father in law, have this Pace DS831 (in Greek Katsarola, i example)

This crappy Box, didn´t work with Multisat Dish, 13, 19, 28,2
No Diseq Setting or anything else, will work, to scan Settings.

does anyone, have any Idea or special Clue , to scan Hotbird 13?

This receiver works only with hotbird. You cannot add frequencies. If you have any problems, try factory reset.

Didn't work for me.

Only 13 Hotb7rd no signal and no scan for settings.

Possible to find the Firmware anywhere and flash it with USB pen drive ?

I think we have to send Receiver to Greece
