Can you please tell me what this tweak does and in what way, what is it tweaking in oscam and for what reasons do we need to do this please.

You say work for sundth or videocon, but please can you tell me what and where this is. sorry if this sounds a bit nieve but i aint ever heard of sundth or videocon.
