orion 3.009 new software Redlight italia Redlight Mixx

I've downloaded this software to my xcam but always read orion 3.008 and not 3.009 and the red light channels is stopping and then continue then stop and so on.please help me with best regards

How can i download this software is it by using orion serial loader (block 2)
