Volume problem

I have optibox CX PVR and firmware 1.19.15. After load this firmware volume control not function. Can you help me ?

optibox 550 s frozen image

Hey
Can anyone help me with my optibox 550s ?
When I start it there comes an imaage ( DARK STAR II) which blinks every to m¨sec.
Cannot do anything with remote!!
When I unplug it same thing repeats! PLEASE HELP it's a gift (I must not throw it away)
and I do not have that rs 232 cable!!

With last SW.1.19.56 tested on Optibox prima.NT1 from TNT sat package don't work,XXL and DORCEL TV don't work ,Mezzo on 13E don't work too.With older SW.1.19.41 all works ok, except NT1.

No it's not down, dorcel and xxl works fine with key provided bY Verdeoro.

how to reset all system Opticum x403
i updated with rs232 (not first time), to better version, but something gone wrong, now box shows only clock in led, nothing works.
maybe is trick ho to get everthin ok
