openbox-skybox signal problem

Hi friends

I have signal problems on my skybox f3.

I am trying to get signal on some frequencies on Hotbird but I have problem to see some vertical frequencies.
Most of the transponders have good signal but on some transponders
(all of them verical) I can not get signal.
I am sure that lnb,sat dish or cable is not the problem because I tried the box on 2 different sat dishes and have always the same problem.

Can somebody help me to solve the problem

Hi, You can check your STB voltage with a voltmeter, 13vdc for a Vertical channel and 18vdc for a Horizontal channel.
