Openbox S2 HD & Mini - Is there a Channel Editor to get 27.5W BBC/ITV working?

I have a question concerning the Openbox S2 HD, goes on it receives UK channels on 27.5 W?
please, one question still to this box behaves tuner sensitivity for weak signals for reception marginally against other receiver? Does anyone have experience? I hope that the question was formulated correctly and too well-written Thanks for any response, and this forum

on one of the receivers , a prescription is ...

uploads the active keys, then scanned 27.5

check , it may work

NO DOESN'T WORK!

Keys arn't the issue with Openbox (easily input with secret MENU > 1117 option), but the Openbox does not scan/store the chanels on searching the 27.5W freq

a CHANNEL EDITOR program is required to enable the correct PIDs, Video Format etc to be stored.

Which is what Vitror was asking (and I'd like to know too )
