Backup OpenBlackHole DM800 by Abot

Well, as promised peers.

Here is the backup of the modification of the OpenBlackHole CVS for DM800.

The result is a GP3 powered by Blackhole.

* Added the list of Freeview channels from Astra and south
more comfort.
