NHK World HD Astra Problem

NHK World HD Astra 28.2

I have problems with this channel.
I have DVBViewer installed with CoreAVC and AC3 filter.
All other channels work great but this is what i see for NHK World HD channel.

CoreAVC shows to be active in system try and the icon is green.
Is the channel encrypted or something?

The signal is from 28,5°E. If you have a very big dish it is possible that the 0.3° are the reason for your difficultiy. The program is not encrypted, i can see a normal picture.

Are you able to receive the other programmes of the same transponder e.g. movies4men ?

Movies4men is also with bad quality

I had to move the dish a bit and i have hardly 50% signal now but the channels are working.
