New receiver?

I'm looking for a good satellite receiver with the following features:
1 Good satellite blind scan with frequency range defined by the user
2 Auto BISS keys update
3 Combo satellite/terrestrial
4 PVR function
3 and 4 would be optional, 1 and 2 are the main specs I need.
Do you think such receiver could exist?
I tried VIARK SAT 4K, it has autobiss but blind scan is performed only in the entire band.
Any idea? Thanks.

There are no auto biss receivers that have a frequency selection on the blind scan range that can be set by the user.
For example, you cannot select 11000 to 11200 range.

For Ku-Band, by using the L.O. and 13V/18V options you can probably select a polarity with half of the full band (Low-V or High-H etc) to blind scan.
For C-Band, I think it will be full band blind scan with the possibility of polarity selection via 13V/18V.

you most probaly already know this on the viark sat (not 4k) there is multi transponder search option were you select transponders to search with known symbol rates if this is any help. my tm5402 m3 does blind scan freq range but no auto biss the newer tm 5402 m4 had auto biss not sure if it still works and of freq blind scan. a few members on here used these receivers could maybe help

The multi transponder scan is initially setup at the factory using their lists which can be out of date.

A good starting point might be to delete the factory default transponders lists per satellite and then blind scan the full band.
The active frequencies recorded will be stored in the receiver database including feeds, this can be used as a basic option moving forward.
However, it would still be missing anything that was not active at the time of that scan.

The receivers I use for blind scan with selection of frequency range and polarity are TM-5402 (M3 and earlier), Dr HD D15 and Dr HD F15, none of which have auto biss.
I think the TM-5302 and TM-5502 have blind scan range selection but would need to connect one up to confirm. Forum member @william-1 will be able to confirm this point.

Thank you for all replies.
Yes I saw multitransponder option in my VIARK SAT 4K, but it seems not so useful I'm afraid.
Perhaps deleting all factory stored transponders starting with a totally clean box could be interesting, but main issue is not sold, no frequency range selection available.
Also, I thought to TM5402 M4, but I do not understand if it is autobiss or not. Someone says yes, someone says no, someone says yes but only with an old patch..... could anyone explain this please?
I used TM6902 in the past, it had a very powerful blind scan with frequency range selection. Is TM5402 M4 the same?
Any additional information is very appreciated. Thanks.

The TM-5402 (M4) is a junk box, no 4K and nowhere near as good as a TM-6902.

Technomate ripped off customers when they released the TM-5402 (M4). They relied on brand loyalty to sell the box and it has probably lost them a lot of good faith with old customers.
I now class Technomate as a nobody in the world of receiver manufacturers. They had some good user friendly products 15 years ago, today they have nothing but useless junk.

Yes I know that TM5402 M4 could be better, but if it is autobiss it is good for my purpose.
Have you information (without any doubt) if it is really autobiss and if it has frequency range in the blind scan options? Thanks.
