I don't need softcam feed.

I can't find old image of openatv 4.1 before May 2014. Please provide link. Thanks

Not everything that is "new" is "better" than "old"...:rolleyes:

Especially when it is "brand new" it frequently needs a lot of improvement...;)

I wonder if I install 4.0 with kernel and wifi support and then upload 4.1 or 4.2 E2 only ... without kernel whether wifi will continue works !?

Hm
I've installed OpenSPA with working wifi. Then install OpenATV 4.2 only E2 but wifi didn't work.

Hit: Wifi works with workaround!
OpenATV 4.2 clear installation. Configure WiFi through menu and then modify /etc/rc/... S10.network (or something don't remember)

in start case before ifup insert this line
wpa_supplicant -Dwext -iwlan0 -c/etc/wpa_supplicant.wlan0.conf &

in stop case before ifdown insert
killall wpa_supplicant

restart box or restart network
(LAN and WLAN are enabled but lan cable is disconnected)

wpa_supplicant didn't work with -B option (background)

The box is still connected to oscam server since last night.
I don't use media features and can't test them.
I'm watching only bulsat 39E and blizoo cable/conax with oscam on these boxes. This is enough for me.

4.2 is a sheer disaster. Lots of bugs, green screens, and severe problems with settings being lost after a complete reboot.

I don't know what's going on but I will downgrade right now. As much as I regret, the 4.2 is too messy and unstable.

On my Azbox premium (not a premium+) the 4.2 OPEN ATV don't work at all (stay blocked on VFD ready)

4.1 working not like on dreambox but working.

Azbox is realy a bad stb , the best think is to sell it a buy a dreambox clone ou vu+ clone (cheaper a better no compare possible)
