Steps:
Save attachment to disk
Upload it with cuberevo webif main menu->system->plugins
Reload web page (clear cookies, and history if no changes in webif or use another browsers)
Important: if you never use oscam before, but already have installed old addon, remove oscam.conf and oscam.user before uploading.
