Need urgent help

Hi All,

Need help with my digital receiver. The box does not have make and model on it. I have tried opening the box but still no luck. All it says the in front of the box is TV HDD+ Digital reciever DVB and a label at the back with the following numbers 7066cx PVR, BLM0712000182.

I downloaded STBlink 7.1 and connected it to the box via RS232 connection with usb going into computer but was unable to connect and update the box.

My cable provider is virgin media.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
