NB 501 not working

i used NEOWinuploader and clic on upload after it is done my receiver is not worinking .i selected from option coplete upgrade.
npw it is not working lz help me

When you mean dead because not on than you must open it and look for the condensers and must change when you don´t know anything about that is better don´t try because first better look fuse look you have the volts on the in and outside :thum::thum:

you need winupload , any firmware (e.g. 21t7) for your box , you can find all of the needed files here

Start Winupload ... connect ... upload the firmware.
