My ITV1 HD picture Froze

My ITV1 HD picture Froze - then went from screen, I now get sound but NO picture via adding new channels on SKY box. Can someone help me to reinstate picture - Thanks

What reciver you running and you sure the reciver is HD ?

I had the picture, very good, then it froze, and I am now left with just a blue screen, no picture no ITV HD information. Can you help me to reinstate my picture! Had the picture for 1 month before loosing it.

This problem happened to me and I switched off the sky box from the plug for a few minutes and then went back and it came back both sound and vision.

Doubt it or it would come up with sky error. do you get a sky error if so tell me what number it is so i am able to diagnose thanks

Maybe,it is from the LNB.
