my dm800hdse not able to boot from usb

Hello,

I am preparing various sub sticks with different images but my original dm800hdse does not boot from them but always from flash. I made the appropriate change in bios:
usb [/autoexec.bat]
flash[none]

With this config, dm does not boot from usb but goes to ssl mode:

It detects usb drive but does not try boot from it isn-t it ?

There is the secondstage 84 of date 1/9/2011 installed, there are newer ssl in net, but in ipk or bin format only. how to install them ?

I try the command(ipkg not found):

but it is not installed, after checked is the old ssl of date 1/9/2011

Another problem is that the dm does not go to ssl mode while usb pendrive is inserted, but boots from flash.

can help me to gout of this vicious circle ??

Have you installed Barry Allen or Meoboot on the image in the internal flash?
Hove you formatted the USB as FAT32 then atteched it to your box to initialize it through Dreambox?

No, neither Barry Allen nor Meoboot, I am trying a direct boot from usb, configured in bios. I installed a oe2.0 in flash(dreamelite), and different images in usb.

Yes, I prepared the usb through dreambox as the tutorial learns. The first partition is about 15MB of type b(win95 fat32), formated by mkfs.vfat, others are ext3. I followed all steps
