Motorised dish won't turn

I have my motorised dish and terrestrial aerial connected to same cable using splitters ,working OK up to a point except dish won't turn stuck on one satellite ,anyone know a solution ?

Explain connected to the same cable on which box and what splitter.

Try a direct connection to you sat box from your dish. Is the dish moving when configured directly to the box ?

Hi,Revez sat & antenna splitter with Zgemma H82H box reason I have this box is because it does terrestrial channels & can record ,I have a Spiderbox which worked prior to adding splitters,it won't turn dish now either

Im not familiar with that splitter, those are mostly used in hotel and block of flats distribution systems, its obviously the root of your issue but im not sure if there are setup options for it.

Maybe someone else has experience with these.

Tried turning limits off using spderbox and everything was normal,haven't tried zgemma yet

Try to turn on incresed lnb voltage

What make of motor?, also are the spidering and zgemma in separate rooms? If you haven't already tried it switch both receivers off at the mains and leave for 10 minutes say,then switch 1 back on then tell motor to go to zero but set usals to 000.0/000.0 and go outside to check if motor is central at 0.

It might sound daft but mine was broken I bought a new one
