Motor for 120 cms dish

Hi!
I will move to a new house and i'm thinking about renovate my sat equipment (now I have a 10 years old motsat 3). What motor for a 120 cms dish do you recommend me?

If that motor lasted 10 years with 120cm dish on it, that is very good for a diseqc motor, most usually recommend going 36v HH or polarmount/actuator for 120cm or larger unless maybe some light weight 120cm dishes and in wind sheltered locations.

What dish is it and is it going high up/ exposed to strong winds.

I now use an Alsat Supreme Intelligent LED DiSEqC DarkMotor for my 120cm dish and it is spot on every time but make sure to use a T&K bracket to take the weight. Good luck with the move!

Stab HH 120 / DiSEqC Motor!Not suitable for impatient users, the motor it becomes difficult to play, which means that it is more durable, and more stable operation.

Stab HH 120 Def the best , it has also to do with the weight of your dish.

My friend has it, and moves Gibertini OP125L,10 years without problems!

Amiko DM 3800 & Darkmotor Superior look like they are the same motor or share manufacturer (you never know inside). We've installed the Datkmotor for years up to 120cm ali dishes, they've been very good except for a bad batch has put some sellers off.
The Stab HH120 is still a very good option for 120cm on Diseqc, even when they are old & worn they still keep accurate.

Might order some Amiko 3800s & test them.
