i am added digiturk op keys and rsa keys mgcamd 1,38 but it is not working

what is problem you think?

your question was already answered few days ago i guess only Oscam can work since there does not exist any new versions or updates with CCcam or Mgcamd etc..only Oscam is supported anymore see Here :
