It's not that difficult. Use oscam that is compiled with emu. Enable/create reader with emu. Set OE version in oscam.dvbapi. Use appropriate softcam.key.

On Astra 4A (4.8°E) a transponder of the MTNTV package is active in muxx (MSNBC-720p,FOX News HD & BBC HD) Video codec is in AVC - 1280x720 - 60p - [16:9] - SDR . I only get a lock on the Octagon sf8008 & Edision mio 4K. On my TBS5927 no lock with DVBDream or EBS Pro. The image is in blocks and unstable. Does this have something to do with PowerVU or with the video codec? However, the receiver indicates FTA.

Do a blind scan with the TM-5402 HD M3 between 12200 - 12300 H and you get two transponders 12228 H 27500 (25) and 12246 H 1125 (3).
With all other enigma2 receivers I do not get 12246 via blind scan only the 12228.
Also with the TBS5927 no result via blind scan.
The image on the TM-5402 HD M3 is FTA but with many blocks.
These three channels are not coded.
