Metabox problem

I have original metabox 1,it has lost its colour,only showing black,when i change software, colour apears for a while then receiver restarts & again the same problem,sometimes receiver not starts,i have tried original soft but problem still exits.Any body knows solution,is it soft or hardware fault?
Now it sometimes not start,one guy says that its a flash problem,how to fix this at home by soft,the filesender not accept emetabox flash rom file,any way to send it?

try JTAG anyway i think it's not related to software but hardware
try to flash ur decoder with the original soft then flash it using
dreamsoft 1.4.4.8 ...

which one is original flash file for emetabox 1?is my reciever will be o.k or permanent dead.

hey, I have the same problem. when I want to download dreamsoft get a message: handshake problems
the first two rounds download with dreamsoft went well

I am fairly new with metabox III. what can I do?
