Matrix Reloaded

My matrix Reloaded will not decode any channells i programme it with a Cas 2 interface with the latest bin file cas 2 verifies it my technomate 5500 ci plus initilizing it initilizes OK but no channells decoded can anyone help

I would suggest giving it a new xilinx. One time it happened to me and i gave it a new xilinx and it worked well.

First erase. Then give xilinx (found here). Then programme it again with latest firmware (check you have good firmware - download always from sat universe)
