lose settings on motor setup

hi guys
i hope someone can help me on this mite be simple.
i have a motorised setup and a fortecstar passion receiver.
it was setup by a installer for me using disecq 1.2 to move motor and all was ok.
now i seem to lose satellite positions on some but not others.
in the end i have to fine tune them to get them back which is a pain.only to lose them again after a few days.
i tried with usals and wen it goes to the selected satellite i get no signal.
i know the dish hasnt moved because the only satellites i dont lose is thor 1w and telcom2d&ab 8w.
in all i had 16e/28e/19e/13e/9e/4.8e/7e
any ideas whats wrong will be appreciated

ok mate!
1/ try make a full reset on your reciever and create all again
2/ Try make reset for you motor! move in 0 position (this button must be on motor)

So i am no understand motor move or not???
And say what motor (model and mark) are you have!

the motor moves ok no problems with moving it.
have done full reset on receiver and created again is ok for few days then i lose them again.
i will try reset motor in next few days see if that helps.
let you know the make and model later
