lnb problem

hi.
i didn't post for a long time but i need a help. i have neo 501 and till saturday he worked just fine. then astra went down (i have 2 lnb's astra 19.2 and hotbird 13.0 i hope i have write good).
today i have called a guy from sat shop to fix it. first we have seen that one lnb isnt anymore on the right place (mighty wind who blows in last time), then he have fix it but neo didn't want to show 2 satelites anymore. we have try to change lnb's and put 2 totally new lnb's but the same thing. if you have hotbird then you don't have astra and other way to. i have make factory reset and put the soft again in it. 21T7, bruce lee, my list and last rk and rp but everything was the same. if someone can help please write me here or on pm if its possible on croatian on pm.

oh i have forget to say that we have try 2 other recivers and all lnbs working just fine so the problem is in neo.

Are you using 1 or 2 cables from the lnbs if you are using 1 then you will have to asign diseqc 1(A) to say Astra and diseqc 2(B) to hot bird that could be your problem.

The factory reset would take out your diseqc settings

When you two Lnb´s with one cable put it direct without the diseq then test first one lnb then the other that you have signal.See your settings universal lnb etc..Then when nothing results take out the Cam from receiver.But first try with cable directly and look the settings. :thum::thum:

Your problem may due to your DisEq switch that joins two LNBs toward the STB. Check once more using another 1->2 or 1->4 switcher with related settings done.

i have try. i have put new switch and new lnb's but the same thing. have try direct connection without switch and both working. i really have no idea what to do anymore :(
