LCD panel black?

Recently bought DM800hd SE after 2 weeks of use the front LCD panel remains black.it bizarrely lightens scrolling from time to time and goes black when changing channel.it becomes unflashable as I can't get the ip adresse on the front screen.(images tried:Openpli,GP working great)
Would be grateful if I can get some help.

The OLED display has most likely died and failed. Just ask for a OLED display replacement from the supplier, even if you did get it from china they usually send by air post replacement(take 15-25 days) but very easy to replace. This is common with clone stuff quality of chipset not reliable.

Thank you Boss.yes,that's what I did.changed OLED by the supplier and it works fine now.he easily and simply changed all the front panel.
