English spell check / Tesseract ocr dictionaries included

For WinXp users: Require .net framework 2.0-3.5. Also,
WinXp is now more than 10 years old - please upgrade to Win 7/8 soon

This also works on Linux (when mono/mono-form/etc is installed)

32-bit (will run on 64-bit too - but needs 32-bit codecs/VLC)
