Italian Channels on 12.5W

No lock whatsoever on Hotbird 13°EAST 11373 H 27500 im afraid .
i have around 18db on Eleven Sport Feed however
and every other channel on 13E is fine with very big signals
so beam for that Transponder certainly is not covered in my area i think ??

i use ProgDVB 6.51
i did not think it was required to use DVB Dream for multistream channels ??
Any ideas where or how i enter this VALUES with ProgDVB ??

as a tbs 5890 owner i can confirm mis reception

Can you really receive and watch MIS channels with TBS 5980 (I don't see 5890 card on TBS pages so I guess it's 5980)? It's 80$ card compared to 230$ TBS 5925.
