IPBox 9000HD fault?

My friends IPBox 9000HD, after 3 months worked OK,suddenly got a fault. No any video signal output on it. Scart NO signal, HDMI NO signal.
Receiver display work OK, it show MENU, or choosed channell, but no picture on TV, at all.
Maybe some1, had a simile problem, or know a way, how to solve it..
Or repair service is only solution?

or check cables? What is about signal.I would did it.

Maybe it is a case of unsupported tv system, although I don't see why it would appear all of the sudden but I guess it is worth a try to hold menu button on front panel while turning the power on, then choosing a different option with up/down arrows and ok button to choose between 720p, 576p etc.

I thought, about it, that my friend, maybe changed TV standard, playing with rec., but, didn*t know, how to get a TV standard change, when I had not any video signal on TV.
But, DG Station, meant on it, with this tip, You told us..
