Intelsat 907 at 27.5°W bbc programs

I am interested in programs that are on the 11495 V frequency. Are they watchable or are they encrypted? How big anntena should i have if I am from Slovenia. Anyone ever tried to watch them?

According to Lyngsat they are Encrypted, also they are in MPEG-4, so would need a High Def receiver even if they were FTA (Free to Air).

Not clear on Lyngsat which encryption is in use - initally I thought it might be PowerVu but looking at Flysat I think may be encrypted in Biss....

SatCoDX and King of Sat haven't even confirmed BBC transmissions at 27.5W, so I'm guessing they are fairly new transmissions...although I'm sure we all remember the old days (LOL) when BBC Prime could be obtained in D2Mac at this satellite position.

It´s dvb-s2 with sr 39777.
A compatible tuner is needed.
Can anyone with a Prof revolution 7301 PC card check?
Compatible tuners could also be Technotrend tt-s2 1600 or IPBOX 91HD with new sharp tuner.

i have a dreambox dm800 and it isn't good enough to watch those HD programs? or are they encrypted?
