Installation Script mgcamd and OSCAM card for D02

For all the problems with the installation of plugins and mgcamd OSCAM for D02 card, here is a small installation script. You can run it directly from Windows Explorer.
Procedure:
Download - File and unzip.
- Open the config.txt file and Box IP (open 192.168.0.200) by replacing the IP of your CoolStream.
- Save file "config.txt".
- Double click on "update.bat.
- Reboot the box - finished.
Anyone who wants can assemble themselves as more scripts for plug-ins. This has the advantage, if you installed a new firmware does not work every time in lower back everything by hand will be built into the image.
