nothing special, so Press menu\System Setup\System information\look if you are using a dreamsoft1.4.48 or a metadream1.9.23(ROM11) beta .
download a loader (click HERE)
download the file that corresponds to your needs
open the loader, choose the file that you download and then send it to your receiver( i presume you have a RS232 Cable configured for this kind of operation...)
wait until the countdown on the front panel of the receiver finish, then you will see (Good)
plug your receiver to the Tv press On go the key panel and reset the keys to activite the newest keys(menu\Edit Key\Edit key\press the red button\choose yes, that all !
(and I presume you are in the coverage area of satellite that you talk about...to verify see HERE or HERE )
