i have EMK but not accepting 02 EMM

hi everyone i have very weird issue with my cards (Irdeto)

a while ago all my cards dropped together, i have valid EMK for the HSNs and the date on the CHIDs is still valid too but the card is not accepting the normal 02 EMM

anybody has any experience with similar issue ?

Its possible your card moved to a dead provider group and you are getting hits only with empty emms
