How to manually Enter Biss keys ?

I get those infos from my reciver, but I don`t know HOW to make this biss key: What should I put in xxxx place ?

TSID = 0x0001 (1d)
ONID = 0x00c8 (200d)
SID = 0x7538 (30008d)

Please help me, because I always have the key but how to edit this line ?
