How to make a full Back up on to a USB

Hi All

Now I have got my box working as I want it how do I make full back on to a usb stick

I have tries Black hole full back up it gets to the part where you place a usb stick in the front and switch off and back on at the rear but it does not write anything to the usb stick

press menu and see if there is a back up menu

you will need a usb stick mounted first, mount it as media/usb then when you back up you select that path to back up.

USB stick is now working as the light is flashing away
