HOW TO CONNECT DM800 TO PC

HI I CANNOT CONNECT MY DM800 TO DREAM UP 1.3.3.4 (DM800)APPEARS IN THE BOX WHEN I CONNECT POWER BUT THE FLASH TAB IS NOT ACTIVE?
I ALSO HAVE A DM500 AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS CONNECTING OR FLASHING HELP

Hi mate

Turn off the 800 at the plug.

Start Dreamup and press connect.

Now turn the power on at the plug.

Does the flash Tab appear?

If not try a older version of Dreamup and if the fails maybe you have null cable fault.
