Horizontal frequencies not working

The horizontal channels don't show up on vu+ solo.various images were tried but after a while it simply doesn't open (fta or encrypted).lnb,wires,switches,connectors all good though.do I have to change the box or is there any trick to overcome the problem ?start restart also tested.

there is no serios problems

change your lnb :thum:and the loop wire from the motor to lnb aswell
