Hi to all having major problems in need of urgent help & advise

Hi all im this is my my first post as im new here. Trying to find my way round and looking for answers as i have got a problem with my new technomate tm500 box only had this for 3 day and loaded some software working fine decided to do factory reset and now will not bootup, front panel display just keeps rolling, wont even let me do an update what a mess!!! Would be very greatful if anyone could help and direct me to the right place. Thanks
